Exercises include optional consensual touching of hands, face and heart as well as hugs, etc. These activities are sensual but not sexual. We will be rotating and doing exercises with different partners throughout the evening, though you may remain with one partner if you prefer.
Couples (beloved partners or just two friends) and singles may participate. This is not a gender-balanced evening; however, if it is important to you to practice exercises with someone of the other gender, we recommend you register and arrive with a partner.
Dress comfortably and attractively. We'll complete the evening with light refreshments and socializing.
