Good Grief: Empowering Life's Losses
A Drop-in Support Group facilitated by
Francesca Gentillé and Ritch Davidson

Grief Heart

Have you experienced
• Job loss
• Relationship loss
• Death of a dream
• Breaking of a trust, or
• Death of a loved one?

If so, you may be nourished by sharing stories and feelings in a compassionate and supportive environment.

Francesca and Ritch invite you to, a drop-in support group exploring the challenges, pain and gifts of loss. Our attendees have said that their Good Grief sessions have been lovely, gentle, moving, nurturing, incredibly supportive and growthful.

Using the compassionate speaking and listening principals of Nonviolent Communication™, the intention of the group is to provide a safe, nourishing container for the complex, intense, and often undervalued experience of grieving.

Loss, grieving and mourning are an integral part of living. As we come together in understanding, empathy and support, loss can become a rich opportunity for learning, growth, deepening, discernment, community and vision.

Grief has many phases. Many people think of grief as a single instance or very short period of pain or sadness in response to a loss. However, the term grieving refers to the entire emotional process of coping with a loss, which can last a long time.

Please join us for Good Grief: Empowering Life's Losses

May we harvest from loss a deeper compassion for all of life.
