Celebrating Spirit in Nature: Inspired Hikes, Hot Tubbing & Potluck
led by Lori
Grace Star
"But in every walk with Nature one receives
far more than he seeks."
~ John Muir
Join us for a day of magnificent hiking as we
enjoy the sweet blessings of nature. We meditate, sing, pray and
learn nature Tantra. Optional hot tubbing, potluck dinner and
great fellowship will follow our hikes. These are fabulous fun
days, a great way to meet people and explore the beauty of nature.
Wear appropriate shoes, bring a water bottle and be physically fit. If planning to stay
for dinner or a tub after the hike, please bring a healthful potluck dish to share and towel for
the hot tub (swimsuit optional).

blessings of Nature. We will take time to meditate, pray, and
play creatively before returning home for a hot tub and potluck (optional). Registration details

Ring Mountain
TBA
Ring mountain is sacred to the Miwok who used to live many places in Marin and Sonoma counties 200 years ago. We will walk up a hill, visit an ancient acorn grinding site, appreciate some gorgeous spring wildflowers and possibly see some petroglyphs. We will definitely see a spectacular view of the Bay Area at the top of the mountain, which is about 1000 ft. high. Wear good walking shoes and bring a towel if you wish to enjoy our hot tub afterwards (swimsuit optional).
You might also want to bring snacks to share during the hike or for afterwards (optional); however, this is NOT a potluck. There is no meal planned for after the hike.

Cataract Falls Trail Hike
Longer and more strenuous than
the Upper Cataract Falls Hike

One of the most beautiful and spectacular trails in N. California,
Cataract Falls trail on MountTamalpais. We will begin our hike
at Alpine Lake and hike up one side of the mountain to Laurel
Dell, take in the view from the fire road overlooking the ocean
and loop back down to Alpine Lake. Hiking in springtime, we will
encounter waterfall after waterfall in all their permutations,

green rolling hills, lush flowery meadows and the wide blue Pacific
Ocean. The climb up Cataract Falls trail to Laurel Dell is about
1.7 mile and a 1000' climb. NOTE: You must be in good physical
condition for this hike. You will need to be able to walk at a
reasonably brisk pace (approx. a 20-minute mile) for 5 to 6 miles

own well-being and for the comfort and safety of the rest of the
group, be physically fit for this experience. Registration details

stopping by waterfalls, playing in pools, breathing with the redwoods,
and listening to the birds. We will take time to meditate, and
express ourselves through drawing, writing or photography, and
sharing with our fellow journeyers as we go, returning home for
