with Gabriele "Shuchi" Phipps

Shuchi

We invite you to explore the possibilities of expression and relaxation in body temperature warm water. Dance and move on our aquatic dancefloor, exploring space and movement as you meet each other.

Zac offering Waterdance

Water opens another dimension of experiencing touch and motion. Allow yourself to be massaged and held in the water by loving hands. Connect with others in a deep and meaningful way as you are being floated and moved.

We will also provide mini-floats with noseplugs for those who wish to go underwater diving and surrender into an aquatic dimension. Come play, be, and experience an opening to the divinity and purity of heart that our WaterDanse evening is designed for.

This is an extraordinary experience of playful Oneness.

7 Groups in Water

Developed from dance-oriented moves which have evolved out of Watsu®, WaterDanse focuses on the sensuality of the water and Tantric connecting…all in a body-temperature pool that you'll just want to melt away in.

Purple Float T&G

Once in the pool, we start with a little group dancing, then move to an hour or so of simple instruction. We end with the evening as yours to free-form dance and float as you choose — sometimes to delicious music; sometimes simply to the sound of your own relaxed, "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh."

ShuchiZac
Shuchi and Zac, your guides for the WaterDanse evening

Gabriele "Shuchi" Phipps has been teaching and guiding water evenings for Celebrations of Love for many years and is one of our most popular teachers. She began studying Watsu and Massage at Harbin Hot Springs in 1988 with Harold Dull, the creator of Watsu, and returned there in 1993 to continue her studies. At that time she added different modalities and styles of other Harbin teachers. She is now a Watsu Therapist and Instructor, as well as a WaterDance practitioner.

Over the years she has completed over 1,500 hours of classes at Harbin Hot Springs, both as a student and an assistant. She has also been the staff Aquatic Bodyworker during workshops there. With a gentle passion, Gabriele inspires each participant to dive into the depth of one's being, in the sensous embrace of warm water. For a more detailed bio, please click to our Teachers page.

Zac has spent the last 20 years dedicating his life to being of service by helping others in "waking up." He understands that his own personal waking up process has been aided by his teaching. The mystical, magical, communion of two souls, when connected, has a power greater than that which can be achieved alone. It is in this connection that Zac realized that we teach what we need to learn most. For him, nothing has compared to seeing another’s eyes light up with the understanding of the power of universal Love. He has been both humbled and honored in learning from those whom he has also taught.

On June 9th, 1989, Zac was touched by the hand of God through a profound spiritual experience, and his life was changed. As the power of the universe flowed through him he was guided from a deep inner voice to share the insight and intuition that was bestowed upon him on that special day.

He has worked with thousands of people, guiding them through a very precise, exact and simple process of waking up. He helps people to see the God within themselves, by removing all the things that block them from the sunlight of the spirit.

Since 2000, he has been doing water work at Harbin Hot Springs and has over 1,250 hours studying under Harold Dull, Richard and Shantam, Inika, and Shinzo. He is currently in the process of becoming a Waterdance and Healingdance Instructor. He has a unique ability to intuitively know how to cradle and hold another soul in his arms and use the water as a conduit for releasing past traumas.

Zac is certified as a:
• Watsu Therapist
• Waterdance Practitioner
• Healingdance Practitioner
• Shiatsu Therapist
• Aquatic Bodyworker
