Welcome to celebrating Tantra in all its forms. Tantra, which comes from the Sanskrit word "tandere" meaning "to weave," is the art of connection. It's a way of connecting that, unlike other spiritual paths, embraces sexuality, pleasure and relationship as possible aids to self-realization and connection with Spirit.
We will briefly explore different ways of connecting Tantrically, both with ourselves and others.
Though subject to change, currently, the presenters and topics are as follows:
• Introduction and welcome
• Tantra and Sexual Energetics — Deepening our Connection with Love, Sex and Spirit.

• Compassionate Communication (NVC) — Tantra of the Heart.

• Sacred Sensual Dance — a path of soulful movement that ignites presence, harmony, and passion.
Presented by Francesca and Ty
• WaterDanse — a gentle way of letting go and connecting with self and others in our
body-temperature warmpool.
Presented by Lori, Scott and Katrina
Come join us for a wonderful day at a beautiful garden estate!
Bring:
• Loose-fitting, comfortable clothing
• Water bottle (not glass) and snacks, if you wish
• Towel for the hot tub or pool (swimwear optional)
• Robe and flip-flops for the hot tub or pool (optional)
Private sessions may be available for an extra cost during the breaks.
